The A Custom series is based on the classic A cymbals, but made with a new hammering method that makes the cymbals thinner. Developed in collaboration with Vinnie Colaiuta (Sting, Frank Zappa, Chick Corea), the series is tailored to modern rock and pop. The sound is usually described as "sweet" - not too dark and not too bright - and with a good punch in a band context, without overpowering the rest of the drum kit.
