If you wish to return an item, you must do the following:
1) Download and print the return label
2) Fill out the return label.
3) Pack the items and attach the return label.
4) Send the package.

You are responsible for, and must pay for return shipping. We encourage you to return with GLS.

There is no option to drop off return items at the address.
Returning items:
- DO NOT write on the packaging.
- ONLY use clear tape on the packaging.
- The sales packaging must be wrapped before you send the item.
- The item must be received by us so it can be resold as a new item.
- When you return to us, it is important that the original packaging is intact.
- Remember to include the return label or a copy of the order confirmation
If you damage, write on, or lose the packaging, it is a depreciation of the item's value and therefore there will be a deduction in the price when returning your items.
As a minimum, DKK 200,- will be deducted from the price of an item if the original packaging is damaged, or up to 40% of the item's price if, for example, returned without original packaging.
Therefore, it is important to pack the item, with the original packaging, well - either in a cardboard box or with bubble wrap, if you wish to return an item.
Only clear tape may be used on original packaging!
Any accompanying software must not be activated or sealed broken. In short, items must always be returned and received by us in at least the same condition as when they were sent from here. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that the item is properly packed.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or sent to a post office or parcel shop.
Items without a return option include: special orders, items cut to size, pickups, in-ear headphones, software, and products that cannot be resold after opening.
Up to 100 days return policy
When you purchase items from our webshop, our normal return policy of 30 days applies, but if the conditions below are met, you can cancel the purchase up to 100 days after the purchase.
There are just a couple of conditions:
To have a 100-day return policy on your item, you must be aware that the item must be returned and received by us in undamaged condition, and that we receive the item in unbroken original packaging. It must be established beyond any doubt that the item has not been unpacked.
If the item has been opened / unpacked / tested / used or the packaging is damaged, the extended 100-day return policy is void, and we will process the return according to the terms and conditions.
Refund:
You will be refunded the amount you paid to SoundStoreXL for the purchase as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after we have received the item.
NOTE:
We ALWAYS check our returned items and you may lose your purchase amount completely or partially if the value of the item is diminished due to one or more of the following conditions apply:
- You have actually used the item.
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal arising from sealing, type of goods, etc..
- The packaging, which is also considered part of the item, is damaged, and/or the item shows signs of having been opened, and cannot be repackaged and sold again as a new item.
- Business customers, EAN, and public customers have no right of return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
