Repair

If a product develops a fault within the warranty period (12-month warranty from the date of purchase + 12-month statutory claim period), please do the following:

Follow the link here to our return portal. Enter your order number and email address, select the item with the issue, and choose Claim. Then simply follow the instructions on the page.

If, contrary to expectations, you cannot find your order in the return portal, please follow the manual procedure below.

Send an email to info@soundstorexl.com with the following information:

1: Contact details

2: Order number

3: Product (and serial number, if applicable)

4: Description of the fault

Terms and conditions for repair

  1. The item must be securely packed, preferably in its original packaging.
  2. We cover the return shipping costs after the repair is completed (private customers only).
  3. We will reimburse your shipping costs for sending the item for repair if you use our Bring return shipping labels and the repair is covered under warranty or right to complain (private customers only).
  4. If the reported fault cannot be detected, if the fault is due to incorrect use, or if the fault relates to a different product than the one sent, a diagnostic fee of EUR €55,- incl. VAT will be charged (to cover the service technician's time). The amount will be invoiced and must be paid before the item is returned to you.
